water following a record setting summer

The LeFlore County Bass Club will have an open bass tournament from safe light until 1 p.m. Sunday at Wards Landing on Wister Lake.
The entry fee is $40 per angler, with no dead fish.
The club's last open tournament of 2011 will be Aug. 27, also at Wister Lake.
We went to the Alma (Ark.) Waterpark Monday night for Immanuel Baptist Church's âBack-to-School Bash.â It was fun, and I could hardly walk the next day from all those slides I went down. I was really impressed with 63-year-old Alanna Stinson. I think she rode every slide there â even âThe Toilet Bowl.â She's great!
