SPIRO — If you're a football player, the first Wednesday in February is one of your favorite days — National Letter of Intent Signing Day. For three Spiro Bulldogs, that dream became reality.
Spiro's K.J. Booze, Tyh Hawkins and Jordan Scott signed letters of intent Wednesday morning at the Spiro Gym.
Booze signed with Dartmouth College of the Ivy League in Hanover, N.H. However, official acceptance into the famed collegiate institution does become official for any Ivy League school until April. But football players can still sign their letters of intent in February.
