Ronald Lee Hunt, 74, of Panama died Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, in Tulsa.Â Ron was born May 30, 1938, in Albany, Calif., to Atlee Fulmer and Ethel Mae (Towne) Hunt.Â He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Marines.Â Ron was the security captain at AES.Â He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Hill; and daughter, Fay Daffron.
Kiamichi Technology Center and the Poteau Chamber of Commerce have teamed together to offer a workshop for local employers.
The seminar, â€śHow to Recruit and Interview the Best Hourly Workers,â€ť will be held Tuesday, Sept. 18, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and at the Kiamichi Technology Centers Seminar Center in Poteau. The specific content will include: Â¨Strategies for attracting the hourly workers you really want and the top six interview questions ever asked.
Enhancing The Professional Woman seminar and a Small Business Vendor Showcase are the features of a September 19, 2012, event scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Center. Registration is $25 per person for the seminar only or $45 for seminar registration and vendor fee. Registration fees include the cost of lunch and may be made online at www.ruralenterprises.com.
