Despite winter-type weather conditions, the Wister Wildcats and the Whitesboro Bulldogs got to play their games in the two-day Union City Festival, which took place Thursday and Friday at several locations.
The Wildcats went 2-1 as they ended the two-day event with a 6-5 win over Lookeba-Sickles on Friday at Redlands Community College in El Reno. Wister's second game against Community Christian School was canceled.
On Thursday in Okarche, the ’Cats split their games, blanking Okarche 4-0 but losing 6-3 to Altus Navajo.
