SHAWNEE â€” Getting 19 points from Breonna Johnson in her last game as a Lady Viking and 18 points from Kilah Cummings weren't enough for the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings in their 75-69 loss to the Eastern Oklahoma State College Lady Mountaineers in a semifinal game of the NJCAA Women's Region II Tournament on Friday afternoon at St. Gregory's University.
The Lady Vikings ended the season at 17-14.
Gladys Mae Crosswell, 87, of Poteau died Saturday, March 8, 2014, in Fort Smith, Ark. Gladys was born Sept. 27, 1926, in Bokoshe to Charley Allen and Lottie Mae (Hendrix) Ralls. She was a homemaker. Gladys was a member of the First Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara and Minnie; six brothers, Thomas, Bob, Lloyd, Bill, Buster, Donald; and grandson, Lenny.
Several Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies served narcotic search warrants at three Heavener homes Friday.
Jail records show 10 people were jailed on drug-related crimes in connection to the raids.
The District 16 Drug Task Force, Drug Enforcement Agency, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, LeFlore County Sheriff's Office, Heavener and Pocola Police Departments, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms reportedly served the warrants.

The Pirates will play in the McAlester Invitational on Monday, which will begin around 10 a.m. for the Pirates to hit the links.
The Lady Pirates, who feature two-time state champion and future Arkansas-Little Rock golfer Hannah Ward, will begin their season at the Tulsa McLain/TSST Invitational, which will begin with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start Tuesday at Forest Ridge Country Club.
BATTIEST â€” The Whitesboro Lady Bulldogs opened their 2014 slow-pitch softball season with an 8-4 victory over the Battiest Lady Panthers on Thursday afternoon.
The Lady Bulldogs broke a 3-all tie after two innings with a two-run third inning, a two-run fourth inning and a single run in the sixth inning for an 8-3 lead.
Friday Games Canceled
Two high school baseball games and a softball game were canceled on Friday.

The Red Oak Lady Eagles reached the Class B State Tournament semifinals with a 46-33 win over the Hammon Lady Warriors in Thursday's state quarterfinal contest at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany.
The second-ranked Lady Eagles met the fourth-ranked Lomega Raiderettes in Friday's state semifinal game at State Fair Arena, a.k.a. â€śThe Big Houseâ€ť in Oklahoma City, with the winner playing for the state title at 1:45 this afternoon at State Fair Arena.
FORT SCOTT, Kan. â€” The Carl Albert State College softball team completed the season sweep of Fort Scott College as the Lady Vikings won handedly twice by scores of 15-4 and 15-7 Thursday afternoon.
The Lady Vikings, who made up Wednesday's road doubleheader at Coffeyville, Kan., on Friday, have moved today's home twinbill with Northeastern Oklahoma A&M to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Then, the Lady Vikings will entertain archrival Eastern Oklahoma State College in a doubleheader at 2 p.m. Monday.
According to dispatch information Spiro Police and LeFlore County Deputies are responding to a possible stabbing in Spiro.
