Wanda Jean Reading, 74, of Heavener died Saturday, July 12, 2014, in Heavener.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Heavener First Baptists Church, Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home.
Bennie Charlene Dawson, 73, of Spiro died Friday, July 11, 2014.
Services were held Monday, July 14 with burial in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Bonnie J. Anderson Turano, 79, of Sulphur, La., died Sunday, July 6, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded by her children.
Bonnie was born on June 12, 1935, in Williams to Harve and Rose Shoup Anderson. She graduated from Panama High School, class of 1953. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Emma Lawrence and Shirley Autry; and her husband of 53 years, Garland Turano.
Phyllis Sue Newnam, 64, of Poteau, died Friday, July 11, 2014, in Poteau. Sue was born July 17, 1949, in Poteau to Odie T. and Wanda (Clemmings) Slone. She was a homemaker. Sue was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Wister. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Grady Eugene â€śDickâ€ť Aary, 88, of Bokoshe went to be with the Lord Friday, July 11, 2014, at home.
Dick was born April 17, 1926, to â€śDayâ€ť and Ethel Aary on Bokoshe Mountain. Dick was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren, and above all, serving the Lord. He was a deacon at Bethel Light House Church in Panama.
Dick was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Aileene Aary; his parents; and brother, Earskin Aary.
Veda Pearl (Oglesby) Davis, 82, of Poteau died Saturday, July 12, 2014, in Poteau. Veda was born Nov. 22, 1931, in Hontubby to Jim and Offie (McKinney) Oglesby. She was an LPN. Veda was of the Baptist faith. Veda was a member of the Texas Association of Nurses and The Rebekahs. She was married to Boyce Dean Davis of Hontubby in Fresno, Calif., in 1947. They settled in Midland, Texas, in 1951 working and raising their family in Midland. Veda worked at Midland Memorial Hospital and managed a large apartment complex and a local retail store.
