PANAMA â€” The Panama Lady Razorbacks defeated the Arkoma Lady Mustangs for the second time in less than a week Tuesday night, posting a 45-41 victory at the Panama Gym
Trailing 36-33 after three periods, the Lady Razorbacks, who beat the Lady Mustangs in the championship semifinals of the Green Valley Conference Tournament on Thursday night, outscored them 12-5 in the final period to get the win.
Hannah Goines' free throws with 6:39 left in the game gave Panama a 37-36 lead, which the Lady â€™Backs would not relinquish.

Terry Edward Koeninger, 65, of Poteau died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, in Poteau.
Terry was born Feb. 11, 1947 in Plainview, Texas, to Ernest Edward and Gussie Margaurite (Orcutt) Koeninger. Terry retired in 2007 after 38 years with J.C. Penney. His tenure with J.C. Penney began in Lubbock, Texas. Ten years were in Fort Smith, Ark., as assistant manager. The last 13 years he was manager in Maysville, KY. Terry began his courageous battle with cancer in 2008 and on Tuesday he won, receiving his prize of Heaven.
ARKOMA â€” The first-ever Green Valley Conference Tournament crowned its champions Saturday night at the Arkoma High School Gym.
The Howe Lions avenged one of their losses as they defeated the McCurtain Bulldogs 58-49 to win the boys championship, while the Panama Lady Razorbacks claimed the girls title with a 50-43 victory over the Keota Lady Lions.
Both the Lions and Bulldogs won their semifinals on Friday night, with Howe beating Wister 64-36, while McCurtain beat Cameron 47-34.
