At least one local organization will benefit
from a Drug Free Community Support
Grant.
National Drug Control Policy Director Gil
Kerlikowske has announced $12.3 million in
the form of grants to Drug Free Community
support programs in 87 communities and 20
new DFC Mentoring grants across the country.
These awards are in addition to the $76
million in continuation grants being simultaneously
released to 607 currently funded
DFC coalitions and twelve DFC Mentoring
continuation coalitions. The grants will provide
the community coalitions with needed
