The LeFlore County District Attorney's office filed formal first degree murder charges on Tuesday against a Talihina man accused of setting his girlfriend on fire.
Donnie Lee Harris Jr., 29, of Talihina, has been incarcerated in the LeFlore County Detention Center since February 19 on the charge of first degree arson following an incident that left his girlfriend, Kristi Ferguson, 25, fighting for her life in an Oklahoma City burn unit.
