A local family has come home to the arms of the community who continues to rally behind them after the loss of their son on Sept. 3.
Several events are in the works in honor of William Elijah Lyon, affectionately named Liam, who was born Feb. 18, 2011 with a fatal heart condition. Liam’s journey was followed by people all over the world on the two Facebook pages dedicated to him. The support of his extended Facebook family has helped the family a great deal during his struggles and it continues today.
