More strong storms possible

AT 11:49 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS RACING TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS
PARTS OF SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND THROUGH PARTS OF WESTERN ARKANSAS.

THROUGH 1:30 PM... RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE RACING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST INTO SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND
THROUGH WESTERN ARKANSAS AT AROUND 50 MPH. SOME STORMS WILL BECOME
SEVERE... PRODUCING SMALL HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS. SOME
THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO.

LeFlore County under severe thunderstorm warning

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for LeFlore County this morning until 9:45 a.m. for the threat of severe weather which is potentially on the way.
