Billie Louise Morris, 88, of Wister died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Billie was born in Wister on Jan. 15, 1924, to Charles A. and Irma I. (Brown) Reed. Billie was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wister since 1957.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilbert Morris; sons, William Charles Morris and Martin Morris; daughter, Shannon Kitchens; and granddaughter, Stephanie May.
Joyce “GG” Skinner Henry, 89, loving mother, grandmother, great- and great-great-grandmother of Colleyville, Texas, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving daughters Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012.
Joyce was born March 2, 1923, in Booneville, Ark., to Aaron and Vora Skinner. She moved to Oklahoma City in 1952, where she owned and operated Joyce’s Beauty Salon until she moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in 1967. She owned and operated hair salons in Fort Worth until 2004.
Frances Ellen Anderton Buchanan, 76, of Quinlan, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.
She was born July 17, 1936, in Keota to Otto E. and Okla (Christenberry) Brigance. Frances owned and operated Jimmie Anderton Grass Co. and was a member of First Baptist Church of Poetry, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Albert Brigance; and sister-in-law, Lola Brigance.
