Beatrice Baugh, 81, of Talihina died Monday, May 14, 2012, at her home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 18, at Whitesboro Assembly of God with Carrol Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will be in Whitesboro Cemetery under the direction of Talihina Funeral Home.
Katy Cunningham, 51, of Harrison, Ark., died Monday, May 14, 2012, in Harrison. She was born Jan. 13, 1961, in Little Rock, Ark., to Charles Copeland and Freda (Ballard) Copeland. She was a facility provisioner for Windstream.
Anna Mae Smedley, 48, of Howe died Saturday, May 12, 2012, in Tulsa. Anna was born July 25, 1963, in Glendale, Ariz., to James and Emma (Caskey) Maxie. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
 Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Joe Attaway of Victoria, Texas, Sarah and Scott Martin of Poteau, Shannon Smedley and Matt Jamison of Long; grandson, Taylor Attaway; other relatives and loved ones; many beloved friends.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
Charles Richard “Dick” Bruesch, 85, of Heavener reached the clearing at the end of his path on May 15, 2012, in Heavener. He was born Dec. 31, 1926, at Edmond, to Frank and Minnie (Azlin) Bruesch.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard serving in WW II, signing up for the duration right after Pearl Harbor. He was a cattle rancher, poultry farmer and welder by trade. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, Ark., for Billy Jack (Mercer Lillian) Whayne Holcomb, 94. She was born Feb. 24, 1918, to Robert C. and Phena Ball Whayne in Bentonville, Ark., where she married Warren G. Holcomb in 1946. She worked as a house mother at Arkansas Children’s Colony in Conway and was a seamstress all of her life, as well as a baby sitter for many families throughout the years. She was also a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
