Serenity Raine Tennie, infant daughter of Talayla Tennie, born Nov. 26, 2011, and passed away Nov. 26, 2011.Â
 She is survived by her mother; two brothers, Joukouri and Desmond Tennie, both of the home; grandmothers, Cheryl Bohannon of Poteau, Evora McKesson and Meloni McKesson; aunts, Kettina White and Tya`LaShun Stevenson of Fort Smith, Ark.; uncle, Reginald Bryson of Japan; as well as numerous other cousins and family members.Â
Jimmy Dean Goldsborough, 76, of Choctaw died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2011 at his home. Graveside funeral and burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Dog Creek Cemetery near Shady Point under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard.
William Durant, 95, of Poteau, died Nov. 27, 2011, in Poteau. No services are planned at this time. Cremation services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home, Poteau.

Kevin M. Snyder, 43, of Shady Point, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011. Services are pending with Freeman Harris Funeral Home, Tulsa.
LaRonda Dee Metzger, 50, of Shady Point, died Friday, Nov. 18, 2011. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home, Spiro.
Cynthia Carol Crownover, 56, of Heavener died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, at First Assembly of God Church, under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home, Heavener.
Bill “Hoss” Purcell of Cameron died at his home on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011. Bill married Carolyn Blair on June 10, 2006, in Poteau. He was a member of the James V. Callan Dalite Lodge in Irving, Texas, and a member of the McAlester Masonic Lodge. Bill received his 32nd degree at the McAlester Lodge. Bill was a self-employed truck driver with an attitude and sense of humor.
Bill was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Robin Phillips, and two sisters, Susan Counts and Louise Rose.

Janette Wickware, 77, of Hodgen died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at First Baptist Church in Hodgen, under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home, Heavener. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Geraldine Marie Silva, 82, of Bokoshe died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, in Bokoshe. She was born Feb. 16, 1929, in National City, Calif., to Octovio and Frances (Salas) Salazar. Geraldine Salazar married Joe Susano Silva on Aug. 3, 1947. in Los Angeles. She was a homemaker and was very devoted to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John Silva.
Charles K. Neeley, 73, of Poteau died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, in Poteau. Charles was born Dec. 17, 1937, in Holland, Mo., to Lonnie and Edna (Spencer) Neeley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a truck driver. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Debbie Smith; and sister, Ruby Neeley.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce of the home; daughters, Janice Andrews and Linda McNees of Battle Creek, Mich., Robin Griggs of Ohio, Trish Howery of Poteau; sons, Chuck Neeley of Poteau, Darrell Gage of Missouri; 25 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
