The 2012 Choctaw Country Club Ladies Bi-State Tournament took place Wednesday at Choctaw Country Club.
In first flight, Linda Black from Van Buren, Ark., won the low gross title, followed by Prissy Buchanan of Fort Smith, Ark., and Brandi Calhoun.
Poteau's own Kay Chitwood won the low net title in first flight over Freda Patterson.
Dixie Reed won the low gross honors in second flight, followed by Linda Martin and Regina Peck. Wanda Forsberg won the low net title in second flight, with Elaine Clawson coming in runner-up.
For all you avid anglers out there, the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife has released the GPS coordinates to the fish attractor locations, such as brush piles and tire reefs, that are submerged. If you use a system that accepts waypoints, this might be something that you would be interested in checking out.
