Another County Tournament in the books, and some rabbit hunting

January 26, 2012

Koby and I joined Lee and Josh Shipman on a rabbit hunt on Sunday. We hunted a half a day, and Lee’s beagles ran rabbits pretty much the whole time we were there. I just love to watch those little dogs work a rabbit track, and hear them bawling when they get one lined out.
Lee was just like a sniper taking one shot and getting one kill, while Josh and I were saving our bullets for the next hunt (at least that is what I told Lee and Koby). Of course, it was Koby who shot the most, but he only connected with one just before we called it a day.
