PANAMA â€” The good news was the Panama Razorbacks got their homecoming game off on the right foot Friday night at George Ollie Stadium by scoring on the gameâ€™s opening drive.
However, from there, it was all Hartshorne as the Miners ended up winning going away by the final of 47-7.
The Antlers Bearcats scored three touchdowns against the Pocola Indians in the second half pulling away with a 32-6 victory spoiling the Indians homecoming/Pink-Out game Friday night at John Carter Field.

Super Stock Race
What was good last week for the Pirates proved to be their down fall in this game. Against the Muldrow Bulldogs, the Pirates ran three two-point conversions out of their spread PAT formation.
That did not give the same results as last week as Tulsa Metro Christian defended and stopped the first two PAT runs. That put the Pirates behind the score and even though they missed a 43-yard field goal as time expired in the half, they were always 2 points behind.
VALLIANT â€” The Heavener Wolves ended their three-game losing streak, and evened their District 3A-8 mark in the process with a 14-12 road win over the Valliant Bulldogs on Friday night.
GORE â€” The Talihina Golden Tigers, ranked second in Class A, dominated the Gore Pirates for a 68-0 win Friday night.
The Golden Tigers (5-0 overall, 2-0 in District A-6 play) held the Pirates (0-5, 0-2) to just one first down.
The Golden Tigers scored four touchdowns in the opening period en route to a 30-0 lead.

Jason Wickware and Russ Warner won the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce annual Bassnanza on Saturday at Applegate Cove on Robert S. Kerr Reservoir. The local duo hauled in 16.83 pounds to win the grand prize of $4,000. There were 56 boats in the event.
Itâ€™s Classic Weekeend
The LeFlore County Bass Club is having its 2014 Classic this weekend at Potato Hills South on Sardis Lake.
In a battle of the top 15 teams in Class 4A on Friday night as the 12th-ranked Poteau Pirates will welcome District 4A-4 newcomer, the sixth-ranked Tulsa Metro Christian Patriots, to Costner Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. contest.
The Pirates (2-2, 1-0 in district play) won for the second straight week, downing former Poteau assistant coach Rob Johnsonâ€™s Muldrow Bulldogs 38-13 last Friday night to celebrate homecoming.
