An old adage says, “Go west, young man.” However, for Howe baseball player Chase Blake, he'll be going east — and in Eastern Oklahoma State College.
The senior pitching ace of the Lions signed a letter of intent with the EOSC Mountaineers in a signing ceremony Friday morning inside the Howe Gym.
“I'm very ecstatic about this,” Blake said. “I'm looking forward to it, and I have been for about a week now. I've been waiting on this day for a while. What I'm really looking forward to is showing them that I can help them out quite a bit.”
