There’s always some things football teams need to get accomplished as practice begins for the 2014 season Monday. LeFlore County’s teams are no different.
“We have a lot of positions we’ve got to fill up,” said Poteau coach Greg Werner, whose team played for the Class 4A state title in December. “We have a lot of things to improve on, but that’s the way it is for everybody. Everybody will feel that way on Monday. We certainly have a ways to go, but we’ll get there.”
For the Pocola Indians, they want to continue momentum from a successful off-season.
