Woes continue for OSU Cowboys

October 28, 2014

STILLWATER — Not even a homecoming crowd of 59,124 Saturday afternoon at Boone Pickens Stadium could help the Oklahoma State Cowboys get out of their offensive, or lack thereof, funk.

That offensive touchdown for the Pokes (5-3 overall, 3-2 in Big 12 play) came with 8:34 left before halftime as Teddy Johnson caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Daxx Garman to cut the deficit to 14-10. That offensive TD is the only one for the Cowboys in the last 10 quarters.

That’s right, it’s going to be a spooky night of high school football for the eight LeFlore County high school football teams. Hopefully, our fans will get “treated,” not “tricked,” with favorable outcomes.
