Primitive arms season in full swing

October 31, 2012

I hope everyone enjoyed all the youth pictures last week, and my column on Thursday will have more. More will be in Saturday's edition. There is nothing I like more than seeing the smile of a young boy or girl who has taken a deer. Anyone who has pictures of kids with deer send them to me, and I will get them in as soon as I can.

However, they want to end the regular season on a high note, and not just to win their home finale or make Senior Night memorable for the Class of 2013.
“You don't want to go into the playoffs with a loss,” said Chris Bunch, Spiro's coach. “It's a very important game for us to win. Checotah is a good team, and I think it's going to be a tough game.”
