Tulsa Metro Christian outlasts Poteau Pirates in 4A-4 showdown

October 4, 2014

What was good last week for the Pirates proved to be their down fall in this game. Against the Muldrow Bulldogs, the Pirates ran three two-point conversions out of their spread PAT formation.
That did not give the same results as last week as Tulsa Metro Christian defended and stopped the first two PAT runs. That put the Pirates behind the score and even though they missed a 43-yard field goal as time expired in the half, they were always 2 points behind.
