Alice D. Blake

Alice D. Blake, 91, of Shady Point died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Alice was born June 5, 1920, in Mason to Henry and Hazel (Jones) Snyder. She was a homemaker. Alice was a member of the Presbyterian Church. 
Survivors include her husband, Vernon of the home; son, Roger A. Blake of Ponder, Texas; sister, Dixie Preddy of Tulsa; brother, Roy Snyder of Tulsa; daughter-in-law, Sherry Blake of Shady Point; eight grandchildren, Andrea Salsbury, Jason Blake, Sabrina Erwin, Zach Horton, Lucy Horton, Patience Knotts, Phoenix Horton, and Grant Horton; and one great-granddaughter, Carmen Salsbury. 
Services are pending with Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
