Corrections
In Wednesday's edition, points for Leflore were incorrectly attributed to a Howe player. Sadie Brown scored the points for the Lady Savages in their 58-10 loss over Howe in Monday's opening-round of the tournament.
In Thursday's edition, in the photograph from Tuesday's Howe-Panama girls quarterfinal game, Howe's Kerstein Hall is at top in the three-player scramble for the loose ball, while teammate Macee Williams is at the bottom right.
The Poteau Daily News regrets the errors.
