Belinda M. Wilsie

Belinda M. Wilsie, 58, of Spiro died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, in Fort Smith, Ark. Belinda was born Feb. 10, 1954, in Poteau to Jess James and Joella Irene (Pierce) Wilsie. She was a case worker for the Oklahoma Child Welfare System. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Teddy Wayne Solomon; brothers, Robert Tucker and Jullius Ray Wilsie; sisters, Lillie Ford, Marna Dean Ham, Darlene Bearden, twin sisters at birth, Ollie Cordelia Wilsie and Cordelia Ollie Wilsie.
Survivors include her daughters, Amy Williamson and husband, Scott of Poteau, Ashley Solomon of Panama; four grandchildren, James Holdman II, Blain Holdman, Makayla Williamson, Brody Williamson; sister, Deborah Goode of Arkoma; brother, Jessie Wayne Wilsie of Bokoshe; special son, Kenneth Cremeans; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the pavilion in Knothole Cemetery in Cameron with the Rev. James Hill officiating. Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
