Better late than never; we're halfway through LeFlore County Tournament Week

January 22, 2014

Sorry for making you all wait until today's edition to see this week's Cage Notes Column, but space constraints in Tuesday's edition made me do so.
As you're reading this, we're halfway through the 82nd LeFlore County Tournament Week, with Championship Saturday slated for that night on Chris Gillespie Court at Ray Henson Gymnasium in Talihina, this year's host school.
Look for daily coverage in the Poteau Daily News. Today's edition has the stories on Monday's games, while Thursday's edition will have Tuesday's action. Today's action will be reported in Friday's edition, Thursday's in Saturday's edition and the final two nights will be covered in Tuesday's edition.
Editor's note: Since there are no games until Tuesday, not counting this week's county tournament, Tuesday's next installment of Cage Notes will have that week's slate of games.
