February 21, 2012

STROUD — The Bokoshe Lady Tigers suffered their first Class B playoff loss of the season Saturday night as they lost the title game of the Class B Regional Tournament 52-34 to the Deer Creek-Lamont (DCLA) Lady Eagles.
The Lady Tigers still advanced to this week's Class B Area Tournament in Cleveland, Okla., since they are the regional runners-up. Bokoshe will play Burlington at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, with wins needed in that game as well as Friday and Saturday afternoon's consolation championship game to make next week's Class B State Tournament.
