All that matters is leading when the game is over, just ask the Carl Albert State College baseball team.
Down 5-2 with only one more at-bat left in Monday afternoon’s nine-inning contest against the Connors State College Cowboys, the Vikings scored four runs in the ninth to snatch a 6-5 win from the jaws of defeat.
The Vikings will return to action at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in a road doubleheader against Northern Oklahoma College-Enid, then play a twinbill at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Ival Goodman Field.
