BACK SAFELY — Carl Albert baserunner, and former Heavener Wolf, Brandon Kirkland, right, gets back to first base safely on a pick-off attempt during Saturday afternoon's opener of a doubleheader against Arkansas Baptist at Ival Goodman Field. He actually got all the way to third base on the errant throw, and scored on another error on the same play to score the first run for the Vikings in the contest. PDN Staff Photo by David Seeley
