Carl Albert baseball team wins series finale from Southwestern Community College

Behind the strong pitching performance by former Red Oak Eagle Jordan Booth and some running blunders by Southwestern Community College Spartan runners was a good combination for the Carl Albert State College baseball team Monday afternoon as it defeated the Spartans 5-2 at Ival Goodman Field.
The Vikings will return to action at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ival Goodman Field in a doubleheader with Rose State College.
