Hannah Ware's career-high 23 points and six blocked shots proved to be the difference for the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings as they came away with the season sweep of the Redlands Community College Lady Cougars in a 61-56 win Thursday night at Mick Thompson Fieldhouse in Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference action.
Behind 15 points from Joy Williamson and 50-percent shooting from the field, the Redlands Cougars claimed the 68-50 win over the Carl Albert State Vikings in the second game.
The CASC teams will return to action Monday night in Miami, Okla., against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. The women's game will take place at 6 p.m., followed by the men's contest at 8 p.m.
