Carl Albert teams suffer road losses against Paris on Saturday

November 15, 2011

PARIS, Texas — It was not a good weekend for the Carl Albert State College basketball teams on Saturday as they both fell to Paris, Texas.
The Dragons jumped out to a 10-0 lead to begin the game, which was a big key in their 60-41 win over the Vikings. In the opener, the Lady Vikings fell 59-40 to the Lady Dragons in the opening game of the doubleheader.
Both CASC teams are in action this week. The Vikings will play another road game at 7 p.m. Wednesday against the University of the Ozarks junior varsity in Clarksville, Ark.
The next game for the Lady Vikings is at 5 p.m. Friday against Oklahoma Wesleyan University JV in Bartlesville.
