CASC baseball team knocks off archrival Eastern

April 3, 2012

WILBURTON — The Carl Albert State College Vikings ended the weekend on a high note as they defeated the archrival Eastern Oklahoma State College Mountaineers 7-1 Sunday afternoon.
The game was to have been played on Saturday afternoon, but was moved to Sunday afternoon.
The Vikings will return to action at 2 p.m. this afternoon in a single, nine-inning game at Ival Goodman Field against Connors State.
Editor's Note — Look for Saturday's Carl Albert softball game story in Wednesday's edition.
