The Carl Albert State College baseball team did not let the chilly weather Sunday afternoon deter the Vikings from getting a home doubleheader sweep over the East Central University junior varsity Sunday afternoon at Ival Goodman Field.
The Vikings took the opener 9-5, then had to score late to take the nightcap 7-6.
The Vikings will return to action in a road doubleheader beginning at 12:30 this afternoon against the University of the Ozarks JV in Clarksville, Ark.
