CASC basketball teams defeat Murray State; Lady Vikings, Vikings have back-to-back road dates beginning tonight, Friday

Behind five double-figure scorers and great defensive pressure which led to transition baskets, the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings came away with an impressive 75-65 win over the Murray State College Lady Aggies on Monday night at Mick Thompson Fieldhouse.
Holding the Aggies to eight points the first 13:17 of the second half was the difference for the Vikings in their 71-57 win in the nightcap of Monday night's doubleheader.
The CASC teams will have back-to-back road dates later this week. Tonight, they will play Northern Oklahoma College-Enid at the Mabee Center, with the women's game at 6 p.m. and the men's contest at 8 p.m. Then, the teams will head to Altus to meet Western Oklahoma State College on Friday, with the women's contest at 4 p.m. and the men's game at 6 p.m.
