CASC basketball teams split Saturday road games with Western

November 20, 2012

Behind a solid first half on both ends of the floor and balanced scoring, the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings won their Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference opener 64-57 over Western Oklahoma State College on Saturday afternoon in Altus.
Despite getting 20 points from Jaymere Hadden, it wasn't enough for the Carl Albert State College Vikings as they lost their conference opener 87-56 to Western later that night.
Both CASC teams will return to action tonight on the road against Coffeyville, Kan. The women's game will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the men's contest at 8.
