Chasity Asberry's career-high 16 points and 52.4-percent shooting proved to be the difference for the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings in their 100-50 win over the Western Oklahoma State College Lady Pioneers on Saturday afternoon at Mick Thompson Fieldhouse.
Despite four Vikings reaching double-figures in scoring, it wasn't enough for the Vikings in their 65-59 loss to the Pioneers in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader.
The CASC teams will return to action Thursday night at Warner against Connors State College. The women's game will be at 6 p.m., followed by the men's contest at 8 p.m.
