Casey Edward Branscum

Casey Edward Branscum, 21, of Fanshawe died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, in McAlester.
Casey was born May 24, 1990 in Poteau to Robert Carl and Tina Rachell (Ingle) Branscum. He was a roughneck. Casey was a member of the Fanshawe Fire Department, and Fanshawe Free Will Baptist Church. He loved to hunt, fish, play baseball and was known to be ornery at times. He was preceded in death by his grandparents,  Bailey and Carolyn Branscum. 
Survivors include his mother and father; sister and brother-in-law, Nikki and Rusty Herren of Fanshawe; nephews, Ruger and Levi Herren; grandparents, Daniel and Naomi Ingle of Leflore, Patsie Kuykendall of Campbell, Mo.; fiancé, Sierra Ward of Leflore. 
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Fanshawe School with Rev. Tracy Martin and Sam Ingle officiating. Burial will be in Hicks Chapel Cemetery, Fanshawe. Pallbearers will be Adam, Jonas, Aaron Branscum, Dakota and Bubba Knight and E.T. Gibson. 
The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 6-8 p.m. to visit with relatives and friends. 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fanshawe Fire Department or Gideon Bibles.
