Cecil Marshall

Cecil Marshall, 88, of Howe died Oct. 5, 2011, in
Heavener. He was born March 25, 1923, in Monroe to
Charley and Mattie (Fisher) Marshall. He was a contractor.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Wanda Marshall; five
sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Jean Marshall of
Rogers, Ark., Mark and Sandy Marshall of Poteau, Rick
and Freda Marshall of Harrison, Ark., Nathan and Kathern
Marshall of Poteau, and Gordon and Regina Marshall of
Rogers; three daughters and sons-in-law, Martina
Livingston of Poteau, Vicky and Stan Ellis of Poteau,
Sheila and Willie Higgins of Poteau; three step-children,
Jessie McKinley of Russellville, Ark., Carl Cobb of
Bokoshe, and Nancy Cobb of Howe; 28 grandchildren;26
great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; other
family members, friends, and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be his children and grandchildren.
Service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 7, at Grace
Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, with Bro. Leon Glenn
officiating. Burial will follow at Vaughn Cemetery,
Gilmore. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor
Funeral Home, Poteau.
The family will greet friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday at
the funeral home.
