Class 4A, 3A, 2A district assignments announced by OSSAA

The Class A and B high school basketball playoffs will begin at the end of this week.
The Class 4A, 3A and 2A district assignments were announced by the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association on Thursday.
Poteau will travel to Broken Bow in two weeks for the Class 4A District Tournament.
Both Class 3A schools, Heavener and Spiro, were named district-tournament host sites. The Wolves will entertain Idabel in an Area IV district tournament, while the Bulldogs will welcome Westville in an Area II district tournament.
Howe was one of the two schools named a 2A district host as Wister and Gore will come calling in two weeks.
Talihina was the other local school to be named 2A district host as Rattan and Savanna will come play on Chris Gillespie Court at Ray Henson Gymnasium in two weeks.
Panama and Pocola were both sent to Sallisaw-Central for the Class 2A District Tournament.
