Behind 22 points from Dominique McKoy and 55.3-percent shooting from the field, the Cowley County Community College Tigers came away with the 70-57 win over the Carl Albert State College Vikings on Tuesday night at Mick Thompson Fieldhouse.
A strong first half and a 17-point halftime lead proved to be the difference for the Cowley County's women in their 68-45 win over the Lady Vikings in the first game of Tuesday night's doubleheader.
The CASC teams will return to action Saturday with road games against Western Oklahoma State College in Altus. The women's game will begin at 4 p.m., followed by the men's contest at 6 p.m.
