Donald Ray Clark

Donald Ray Clark, 73, of Poteau died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, in Fort Smith, Ark. Donald was born Oct. 4, 1940, in Howe to Barney and Ethel McKissick Clark. He was retired from LeFlore County. Don was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Rose L. Clark; 13 siblings and grandson, Blakely Parson.
Survivors include his son, Donald Scott and Melissa Clark of Poteau; stepdaughter, Barbara Richmond of Oilton; grandchildren, Donald Jr., Dakota, Bradley and Katelyn Parson, Valerie (Parson) and Samuel DeShazer; brother, Paul Clark of Broken Arrow; sister, Bessie Oliver of Poteau; great-grandchildren, Dawson, Dacota, Kayleejo, Blake Lee DeShazer, Teresalynn Parson; other relatives and loved ones. 
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron. Pallbearers will be Leon Midgley, Podie Meeks, Chuck Lillis, Vernon Midgley, Bo Bohannon and Kenny Perry.
The family will visit with relatives and friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
