Earl Wilden, 80, of Spiro died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, in Spiro. He was born Jan. 1, 1934, in Tulsa to James Thomas and Lola Marie (Griffin) Wilden. He was a boilermaker, a member of International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 592 since May 6, 1966, and a veteran of the U.S. Army.Â
Earl is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Easter (Johnson) Wilden; a daughter, Brenda Kay Wilkins; three sisters, Virginia Suindell, Geneva Laughlin and Helen Welch; two brothers, Chester Thomas Wilden and Earnest Wilden; brother-in-law, Junior New.
He is survived by four children, Regina Lynn Frazier and husband Michael, Melissa Jane Wilden, Deloris Diane Wilden and husband Donald Ward, and Robert Dale Wilden; his beloved dog Sammy Boy â€śSamâ€ť Wilden; siblings, Jimmy Joyce King and husband George, Patricia New, John Wilden, Mary Joe Moorehead and husband Bill and Jack Wilden and wife Nikki; eight grandchildren, James Brandon and wife Deborah Wilden, Tandi Lynn and husband Aaron Jackson, Joseph Nemol Fox, Sara Jane Wilden, Travis Michael Frazier, Dena Marie and husband Gabe Lockhart, Elizabeth Ann and husband Luke Gibson and Nicole Keni Chamberlain.; six great-grandchildren, Riley Ann Lafevers, Hattie May Lafevers, Mary Lynn Preslee Jackson, Brayden Fox, Jacob Duane Jackson and Gabriella Lynn Lockhart; and a host of family members, friends and loved ones.
