Eight local wrestlers place at McAlester Tournament

McALESTER — LeFlore County had eight local high school wrestlers place at the McAlester Tournament, which took place Friday and Saturday at Brumley Gym.
Seven of those were Poteau Pirates. Devin Anderson (120 pounds) and Sam Shore (138) were runners-up.
Zach Baker (152 pounds) and Khy Mote (160) were fourth, while Jake Sheehan (170), Roderick Hornbuckle (145) and Daylon Brewton (heavyweight) were fifth.
Talihina's Domnick Sheed was third at 195 pounds.
