Farmer James Wann

Farmer James Wann, 95, of  Pocola died Monday, March 12, 2012, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired Superintendent of Pocola Public Schools, member of Pocola First Baptist Church, 32nd Degree Mason and on the Kibois Board of Directors. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilka Wann.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Allison Wann of the home; one son, Ronnie James Wann of Siloam Springs; one sister, Mental Balentine of Poteau; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 14, at Pocola First Baptist Church with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
