Fishing tournaments galore coming up in area
The Boys and Girls Club of Alma, Ark., will have its “Fall Challenge on the Arkansas River” Bass Tournament From 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Fort Smith (Ark.) Park. The entry fee is $80 per boat. There will be $5,000 of prize money to be awarded — guaranteed. The entry fee is $40 per angler. Youth ages 12 and younger will get to fish for free. The weigh-in will be live on Dewey Avenue in Poteau.
