Free throws lift Belles over Lady Vikings; Seminole State men down Carl Albert

SEMINOLE — Making 16-of-17 free throws in the second half proved to be the difference for the Seminole State College Lady Belles in their Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference game Thursday night in their 77-65 win over the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings at Harber Fieldhouse.
Despite trailing by only three points at halftime, the Vikings were unable to overcome a strong 48-36 second half in their 82-67 loss to the Trojans.
The Carl Albert teams will return to action Monday night as they hit the road once more to face Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa in Tonkawa. The women's contest will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the men's game at 8 p.m.
