Friday's High School Girls Basketball Roundup

CAMERON — The Arkoma Lady Mustangs ended the week in fine fashion with a 68-47 victory over the Cameron Lady Yellowjackets Friday night at the Cameron Gym.
The Lady Mustangs, who bounced back from a rough loss Thursday night at Keota, led 15-10 after one period and slowly kept increasing their lead from there.
Howe 51, Bokoshe 40: In Howe, the Lady Lions had a 26-20 halftime lead on the Lady Tigers, but Howe outscored Wister 19-11 in the third quarter to take a 45-31 lead into the final period.
Whitesboro 41, Leflore 36: In Whitesboro, the Lady Bulldogs jumped out to an 11-7 lead after one period, but could really never put the Lady Savages away.
Panama 47, Wister 46: In Panama, the Lady Razorbacks jumped out to a 10-9 lead after one period en route to a 21-19 halftime lead. Panama then outscored Wister 15-11 in the third quarter to take a 36-30 lead into the final period.
Talihina 63, Pocola 32: In Pocola, the Lady Golden Tigers jumped out to a 21-6 lead after one period and never looked back.
Muldrow 57, Spiro 48: In Spiro, Sequoyah County's Lady Bulldogs got the better of the battle with LeFlore County's Lady Bulldogs. Muldrow trailed 15-5 after one period, but outscored Spiro 23-7 in the second quarter to take a 28-22 halftime lead. After Spiro outscored Muldrow 18-13 in the third quarter to cut the deficit to 41-40, the visitors doubled up the hosts 16-8 in the final period to win going away.
