PANAMA â€” A fast start enabled the Panama Lady Razorbacks to have just enough cushion to withstand rallies by the Bokoshe Lady Tigers to post a 49-42 home win Friday night at the Panama Gym.
The Lady Razorbacks jumped out to a 13-3 lead after a period, but saw the Lady Tigers tie the game at 32-all after three quarters. However, Panama outscored them 17-10 in the fourth period to get the win.
Howe 82, Wister 45: In Wister, the Lady Lions, leading 17-12 after a period, took control of the game by outscoring the Lady Wildcats 29-10 in the second quarter to take a 46-22 halftime lead.
Arkoma 73, Keota 43: In Arkoma, the Lady Mustangs jumped out to a 26-16 lead after a period to take control of the contest.
Cameron 53, McCurtain 42: In Cameron, the Lady Yellowjackets, leading 29-27 after three quarters, outscored the Lady Bulldogs 24-15 to win going away.
Leflore 55, Haileyville 40: In Leflore, the Lady Savages rallied from a 13-7 first-quarter deficit by outscoring the Lady Warriors 48-27 over the final three periods to get the come-from-behind win.
Spiro 58, Sallisaw 57: In Spiro, Bailey Cox's free throws with 16.2 seconds left lifted the Lady Bulldogs to the win.
Whitesboro 62, Battiest 26: In Whitesboro, the Lady Bulldogs jumped out to a 19-4 lead after a period and never looked back.
Talihina 43, Stigler 36: In Stigler, trailing 15-12 after a period, the Lady Golden Tigers outscored the Lady Panthers 31-21 over the final three quarters to get the comeback victory.
Hartshorne 53, Heavener 52: In Heavener, the Lady Miners, trailing 41-38 after three periods, outscored the Lady Wolves in the final quarter 15-11 to get the come-from-behind road win.
Wilburton 46, Pocola 30: In Pocola, the Lady Diggers, who trailed 12-11 at halftime outscored the Lady Indians, who were without three starters due to injury, 35-18 in the second half to get the come-from-behind win.
