George Aaron Williams

George Aaron Williams, 89, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at home surrounded by his family. George was preceded in death by his parents, John B. and Henryetta Williams, 13 siblings, and daughter, Carolyn Scheiber. 
George is survived by Juanita, his wife of 65 years; three daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Jim Billner of Sanger, Texas, Linda and Dwight Forrister of Round Rock, Texas, and Patti and Robert Walker of Hutto, Texas; 11 grandchildren, Annette, Sheri, Christina, Joshua, Ryan, Andrea, Rebecca, Ammie, Aaron, and grandpa’s pride and joy, his youngest grandchildren Jessica and Matthew; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Tiny Gibson of Shenandoah, Texas; several nieces and nephews; special niece Carol Ross and many friends.
George was baptized into Christ at Poteau Church of Christ March 16, 2006, by his great nephew Scott Martin. This was the happiest day of his family’s life.
George loved life, the Lord and his family. He loved to BBQ for his family and friends, George was known for his “famous BBQ beans.”
